By installing this Alfa Romeo Blue&Me Adaptor for iPhone and iPod you will be able to listen to your music stored on your iPod or iPhone through the Blue&Me System so the music can be played through the speakers in your Alfa Romeo car.

Is the Alfa Romeo Blue&Me Adaptor Suitable for my Alfa Romeo?
The Blue&Me Adaptor is not required for Newer Alfa Romeo Models. Only needed for Alfa Romeo's with a Pre 60 Registration Number Plate. If you have a Post 60 Number Plate you may only require our Alfa Romeo iPod Lead. *The Blue&Me media player adaptor will only work once you have upgraded the Blue&Me software in your vehicle to at least version 5.4. Techincal Details for Alfa Romeo Blue&Me Adaptor
The Blue&Me media player adaptor has been developed to allow the use of the iPhone and iPod with the Blue&Me system. Previously Blue&Me was only able to play MP3 files. With the Blue&Me media player adapter you can now utilise your iPhone or iPod without converting your music files to MP3.
The Blue&Me media player adaptor will only work once you have upgraded the Blue&Me software in your vehicle to version 5.4 This can be completed by your local Alfa Romeo dealer. Shortly the update files will be available to download from AlfaRomeo.co.uk.

What does the Alfa Romeo Blue&Me Adaptor do -
It makes compatible with Blue&MeTM the generations of iPods and iPhones that don't save the music files in the external disk mode. - It let’s you to:
play all music tracks stored on iPod or iPhone via USB port;
play iTunes files, including those covered by DRM;
minimise indexing time including iPod or iPhone with large memory;
allows the USB port function to recharge the iPod;
It can only be used on cars with a Blue&MeTM device updated with the software release 5.4
What can the Alfa Romeo Blue&Me Adaptor not do -
It's not a memory device and it cannot be used to store any kind of data.
It's not an interface for a USB stick or other media players.
