Are the accessories listed on this website Genuine?
Yes, All the accessories on our website (unless otherwise stated) are Genuine Alfa Romeo Accessories ordered from the same warehouse as your Local Alfa Romeo Dealer would order them from. Accessories that are not Genuine such as Meguiars Car Care are Approved by Alfa Romeo.
Placing an Order
Can I Cancel My Order?
If you would like to cancel your order and it has not yet been dispatched then please email us requesting a cancellation, please include your order number. If your order has already been dispatched then you can return the goods to us but we will need to be made aware of this within the seven-working-days, please visit our Support centre and complete your details so that we can fully process and track your return. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us within 30 days following the date that the item was delivered to you.
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
For most of our orders the following applies. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are usually displatched within 2 - 3 working days with the exception of a few items which can be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. On the odd occasion a product may be out of stock at our main warehouse. If this is the case, any other items on your order will be sent to you immediately and you will receive an email to say that one of the items is out of stock. If you signed up for an account when you placed your order you can login and view the My Orders Page to see which Item(s) is out of stock. You may of course cancel the Out of stock item at any time all you have to do is send us an email and we will cancel the order straight away. If you decide to wait for your order we will be intouch as much as possible with details on the progress of your order. If you urgently require a product, then please email us first so we can check the availability of the product. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive a 'Goods Shipped' or 'Goods Partially Shipped' Email containing a tracking number.
Which Courier Do You Use?
We dispatch all our orders to Mainland UK addresses using Royal Mail or Parcelforce. We offer a next day service which requires a signature on delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery a card will be left with details on a redelivery. Do You Ship Orders Outside Of The UK? This depends on where you are and what product you would like. If you would like something shipping overseas then please email us and include what products you are interested in and where you would like them shipping. Then, if it's possible to ship we will provide you with a shipping quote. Orders being delivered to overseas addresses will be sent via Royal Mail.
How Much Do You Charge For Delivery?
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £50 delivered to a mainland UK address. Orders under £50 in value are charged at the following rates: All order under £25 are at a cost of £6 inc. VAT Orders under £10 are at a cost of £3 inc. VAT For more details click here.
How Do I Return My Order?
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please visit our Support centre and complete your details so that we can fully process and track your return. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us within 30 days following the date that the item was delivered to you. Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you , we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. Once refund is authorised, please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed. Please then allow a further 2 - 3 working days for the funds to show in your account. Items damaged in transit or missing goods can only be claimed if the goods were signed for and noted to be faulty with the driver. When you sign for your items you are signing for them in good condition and will not be able to claim for damages if you have signed for the goods. We must be notified of any dispatch errors or damaged goods on the day of delivery and all goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery, at which point we will exchange your goods and re-deliver. Do I Have To Pay The Postage Cost When Returning? Goods other than faulty or incorrect products are returned at the cost of the customer.
